MS Pipe and MS Tube are used as the reference of Mild Steel Pipe or a Mild Steel Tubes.
GI pipes have a coating of zinc metal on bare steel pipe, throughout a molten zinc bath. It is used for the natural corrosion resistance.
MS & GI Pipes are manufactured with diverse diameters for different applications. Carbon content of less than 0.25% makes it malleable, ductile and relatively low tensile strength. It is used in engineering, scaffolding, gas & sewage, water and in automotive industry.
Application:
Concealed Piping, Power Projects, Waterlines, General Engineering Tubes, Oil & Gas Transportation, Construction, Agriculture and Irrigation, Fire Fighting System, Scaffolding, Cold Storage, Structural Purposes, etc
HDPE PLB Duct Pipes or High Density Polyethylene Permanently Lubricated Ducts are the high flow capacity ducts, which offer a very high quality option for the underground laying of optical fiber cable (OFC). These PLB HDPE Ducts are mainly used for the purpose of laying Optical Fiber Cable as underground conduits. The PLB Ducts are regarded with the bright future since the material in use, high density Polyethylene has several advantages. The future of these Pipes can be judged owing to these factors:
Enquiry NowDouble Wall Corrugated ( DWC ) HDPE pipes are similar to normal HDPE pipes except that they have
different external & internal surfaces which gives them additional strength and stiffness. These are made
with High Density Polyethylene which has very high life expectancy. These are externally corrugated and
have smooth surface inside and are available from 75 mm to 1.0 m dia. These pipes are light weight and
can be used for non-pressure underground sewerage, drainage & cross drainage (pipe culvert) including
rain water harvesting purposes. They are maintenance free and therefore, once installed, will lie
underground for years.
Agricultural uPVC pipes resist stringent and rigorous on-site conditions in agricultural fields. The uPVC pipes ensure zero leakage and easy installation. The uPVC pipes and fittings have unique qualities like chemical resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity. The pipes and fittings are ideal for applications like Portable Water Supply, Tube Well Casing, Chemical Effluent Disposal and Agricultural Irrigation.
Enquiry NowFinolex CPVC Pipes our premium offering manufactured using high grade raw material and the latest technology, making these ideal for hot and cold-water applications. These pipes can withstand higher temperatures as compared to any other plastic piping system.
We recommend the use of our CPVC pipes for water supply and distribution in both domestic and industrial applications, and for solar and electric water heaters.
Finolex CPVC pipes are lightweight, non-corrosive and long lasting, which make them a good substitute for GI & conventional pipes. These pipes are manufactured using lead free compounds. Hence they are safe, health and environment friendly.
Our stringent quality assurance approach across all stages of manufacturing gives this product a high degree of reliability, making Finolex CPVC a preferred choice of leading MEP consultants, architects, builders, plumbing contractors, plumbers, and quality-conscious people across the country.
The CPVC plumbing pipes are available in sizes from 15mm (1/2") to 50mm (2") conforming to IS 15778 in SDR 11 & 13.5 classes. CPVC pipes are also available in ‘Iron Pipe Size’ (IPS) from 65mm (2 1/2") to 150mm (6") in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 series which meet the requirements of ASTM F 441. These pipes are plain ended and are available in standard lengths of 3 and 5 meters with various pressure ratings.
Although these pipes have similar physical properties, the classes differ in wall thickness and therefore at any given temperature their pressure ratings will differ. Finolex CPVC pipes are recommended for water temperature up to 82°C.
DWC Pipe Spacer is used to support, separate and electrically insulate a pipeline in the trench . Typical uses of Plastolin DWC Pipe Spacer include Cable Ducts, water pipes and in telecommunication industry.
Technical Details:
APL APOLLO Pipes manufactures a wide range of Polyethylene pipes, High Density (HDPE) conforming to various standards viz., BIS, BS, DIN & ISO to name a few. HDPE is strongly resistant to stress cracking and has low creep-rupture properties. It comes with excellent insulation properties over a wide range of frequencies and is not chemically active. These pipes are one of the two largest thermoplastic pipelines available and by far the most versatile.
Polyethylene is a thermoplastic polymer consisting of long chains of ethylene or ethane. It is a wax-like thermoplastic with a density less than the density of water. The only two additives added to polyethylene are Carbon Black, within the range limit of 2-3%, to add reinforcement and increase polyethylene’s weathering properties and trace amounts of antioxidants. The Pipes & Fittings are offered in PE 63, PE 80 and PE 100 grades, compliance to IS-4984.
